Survival Strategies
1. Learn the Rules First
Spend your first shift just reading and following the rules. Don't worry about perfect anomaly detection yet - focus on rule compliance.
2. Master Third Eye Usage
Practice using Third Eye in 1-2 second bursts. Long enough to see anomalies, short enough to avoid consequences. Never hold it continuously.
3. Start Cautious
When in doubt, refuse service. It's better to reject a real customer than serve an anomaly. You'll improve accuracy with practice.
4. Note Common Anomalies
Keep a mental (or actual) list of anomalies you encounter. You'll see the same types repeatedly, so pattern recognition improves fast.
Develop a Checklist System
For each customer, quickly check:
- Visual appearance (colors, features, proportions)
- Approach sound (footsteps present?)
- Greeting behavior (natural speech?)
- Menu request (standard item?)
- Rule compliance (matches posted rules?)
- Third Eye check if suspicious
Time Management
Track shift progression. Early shift = fewer anomalies, take your time. Late shift = high frequency, make faster decisions.
Third Eye Economy
Don't use Third Eye on obviously normal or obviously anomalous customers. Save it for edge cases where you're uncertain.
Zero Mistake Protocol
For Perfect Shift ending, you need 100% accuracy. This requires extreme focus and using all detection methods for every customer.
Triple Verification
Before serving anyone:
- Complete visual scan (5-10 seconds)
- Third Eye activation (2-3 seconds)
- Behavioral assessment (listen to request)
- Rule cross-check against your notes
- Final gut check before decision
Minimize Fatigue
Take brief mental breaks between customers. Look away from screen for 1-2 seconds to maintain focus. Perfect shifts require sustained concentration.
Perfect Shift Ending
Zero mistakes, all rules followed, responsible Third Eye use. Requires complete mastery of all mechanics.
I'm a Millionaire! Ending
Maximize earnings by serving customers quickly. You may need to take calculated risks - serve slightly suspicious customers to maintain income flow.
Jin World Secret Ending
Intentionally use Third Eye frequently to fill the green meter. Encounter multiple anomalies. Balance between detection and meter-filling.
Abnormal Shift Ending
The "learning" ending - survive with some mistakes. Good for new players to complete a shift and see multiple anomaly types.
Critical Anomaly Encounter
Jin manifestations, shadow figures, or clearly dangerous entities: Refuse immediately. Don't waste time with additional checks.
Rule Violation Realized
If you realize you just broke a rule, be extra careful with subsequent customers. Some endings are triggered by multiple violations.
Green Meter Filling
If you see the green meter and don't want the Jin World ending, stop using Third Eye immediately. Rely on visual detection only.
